Phones were out due to a cut cable from Wed Jan 18 to Mon Jan 23 but we’re back again.

Rozell’s believe that if it’s good enough to fix it’s good enough to fix right.  We do quality repairs.  If we think your equipment is not worth the necessary repairs we will suggest you go to another plan.

If you have disabled the electrical safety system or any safety feature it will be repaired and you will be charged for those repairs before returning the equipment to you.  If you do not want it repaired please take your equipment elsewhere for repairs.

Contact us about your parts needs.  We’d be glad to assist you any way we can.  Please note- we don’t ship equipment.  We are a service business - we service your equipment and make sure it’s running properly and safely  before you take it home. all equipment we sell has been assembled, gassed, oiled, and battery serviced, checked to see it works properly, and checked for leaks, therefore we cannot ship equipment.  We no longer take credit or debit cards due to the high fees.
