Rozell’s believe that if it is good enough to fix it’s good enough to fix right. We do quality repairs. If we think your equipment is not worth the necessary repairs we will suggest you go to another plan.
If you have disabled the electrical safety system it will be repaired before returning to you. If you do not want it repaired please take your equipment elsewhere.
We attend repair schools each fall for our major manufacturers. We will be closed those days. We both attend these seminars because what is taught pertains to the overall of our business and we want everybody to be totally familiar with new policies and procedures implemented by the various manufacturers we represent.
We are a Mom and Pop organization. Wayne has been a small engine mechanic for 27 years, has taught at the Vo Tech school in the Night Adult education program for 9 years and has attended several factory schools. Karen has attended all local schools and has passed the Briggs and Stratton Master Service Dealer Test and is qualified and knowledgeable in parts, repairs, electrical and troubleshooting of small engines. She does most of the parts ordering and looking up of part no and Wayne does most of the repairs but they have changed hats on occasion. We believe that the safety systems on all equipment should be kept in working order to prevent dangerous accidents therefore we will not circumvent any safety systems.
