We had a good sale Sat. night. but only 57 head but we had 50-70# wethers bring $2.00 a #  Bigger goats didn’t do as well- they are lookinig for that 50-70 market.  Had 2 show sheep. WE NEED  MORE ANIMALS! Quality was pretty good.  A couple of families and my report is still showing no. of head in families as pyg goats and again they were Boer x goats. We had one boer goat with twins, nice looking nanny but her teats were frozen off so kids were bottle bablies and she didn’t bring much but again the quality goats did well.  Those fat butcher goats are in high demand for the Easter holidays so expect them to do well next sale as this will hit the pipeline just about right to get butchered and ready for Easter. I don’t think I printed the market report but will do that tonight and try to get on this site tomorrow.

On our reports pairs is a nanny with 1 kid, family is a nanny with 2 or more kids.

Market report is still showing kids as Pyg goats and that is not the case.  All kids we had were Boer kids.
