Countryside Auction



		There is a new goat auction which has opened in 2006 just North of Chandler, Ok. It sells Goats, Sheep and Llamas on the 2nd and 4th Sat of each month. This is a brand new barn built especially to handle the smaller animals. Guy Rose is the Auctioneer. The barn is operated by Old Goat Enterprises, LLC. Wayne and Karen Rozell are determined to give you the best auction around. We will water your animals. We have seen first hand what shrinkage does to your bottom line. All incoming pens have water buckets in them and anything left for pick up the next day will have a water bucket in it too. That is the biggest complaint we hear about a large local goat auction is they say they will water but they don’t. Sale starts at 5 PM. Next sale consignments if any.

	We are located 5 1/2 miles north of the Turner Turnpike bridge in Chandler, Ok. over 18 to 840 Rd, then 1 1/2 west. Or from the south end of Carney on Hamner Park Road go 6 1/2 east. Unload from 3:30 till 6 PM on Fri. If you need to come other than those hours call for an appointment. Saturday start unloading at 8 AM. We don’t mind meeting anyone to unload if those hr’s don’t work for you. We usually have 2-3 hr’s of stuff to do around the barn on Fri. night and get hungry about 6. But if you can’t make it till 8 call. We’ll be glad to meet you then or what ever time works best for you. Animals sell in the order they are received. All unload pens have water buckets in them and are filled for the goats to drink. As we have stated on sale night if these hr’s or days don't’ work for you call us. We can put them in there a couple days early if you cannot make it on Sat. or Fri. night.

	We can seat 120 in comfortable chairs and about 35 more in folding chairs or bench seating. We have access for handicap.


	New feature- we will be able to pregnancy test your goats. They must be brought in on Fri. night. There will be no charge to do this during the first few months while we learn the procedure. They must be 30 days bred and at least 30 days away from kidding to get a reading. This not mandatory to have bred animals tested at our sale.
