You may contact us by E-mail to request any information that you see on our site.  If you are inquiring about parts or repairs to a particular product please include your Model and serial no.'s of the equipment you are working on and model, type and code or spec no.’s of the engines you are working with. There are too many to guess without knowing the specifics. We will reply with in 24 hours during the week and the next business day over the weekend or a holiday.

We prefer to take Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover in house.   However we can take it for phone orders.  If your order is large we will need you to fax a copy of your card to us for verification. Sorry but we are not set up on the Internet as a secure credit card terminal.  Do not include your credit card no. on an email. You will have to call in or fax the card info to us.

My pet peeves: telephone answering devices and companies that won’t answer email.

Don’t you just hate it when you call someone and get an automated answering device.  I wouldn’t have called if I didn’t want to talk to a person.  If our line is busy we are talking to someone and when we answer we are live. We do put an answering machine on if we are gone to a service school for the day. That way you can leave a message or you will know when to call back to catch us.  But you won’t have to punch 15 buttons to get me during our office hours.  And if we don’t answer during reg. hours we are probably running a motor and didn’t hear the phone.

2nd is when I get on a web page and they have a place to contact them and you never get a reply. If you don’t get a reply in 24 hours or on Mon. after the weekend we did not get your e-mail for some reason or could not get something back to you. Please send it again.  We check our e-mail daily several times.
