Wayne has been trained in several areas. He has attended the Briggs and Stratton Field service school and has been to Brillion, Ws to the Ariens Factory School. He attends yearly all field service schools for all the products we handle when ever offered. Recently he has attended updates for Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh, MTD, Dixon, Kohler, Kawasaki, Walbro, Hydrogear, Frigidaire, Karcher, Honda and Murray |

Karen also attends the local field schools and is an Authorized Briggs and Stratton Master Service Technician having passed the test in 1998. |

When you call or visit Rozell’s you get the personal attention of the owners. Were sorry that in the peak of the season you may find our line busy but we do not have extra lines. We personally take each and every call so we can give you the best attention to your problem. If we are gone our answering machine takes you call and we prefer you call back. We often cannot understand the call back no.due to wind or noise on the cell phone or background noise in you home. You can leave a no. but if we don’t call back it is possible we could not understand the phone no. |

Rozell’s have received the Dixon Blue Leader Award for Sales and have in the past received such awards as best tiller sales from Ariens, more than a mile of chain saw chain sales from Carlton and other awards. |

We attend repair schools each fall for our major manufacturers. We will be closed those days. We both attend these seminars because what is taught pertains to the overall of our business and we want everybody to be totally familiar with new policies and procedures implemented by the various manufacturers we represent |
